The staff was very cute and friendly. Breakfast was great and value for money was really good. I found the location convenient, with Battersea Power Station close by.

The absence of a lift might be a concern for some guests, especially those on higher floors.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Their kindness. I appreciated the delicious English breakfast served each morning. It set me up perfectly for the day. The location was ideal. It was so easy to walk to the main attractions and public transport links. I was especially thankful when I overslept, and the staff kindly still accommodated me for breakfast..

The room was a bit small, but it was clean and functional for my needs.
